At Kiratt, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for both products and services. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be canceled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched.
  • Once the order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled. However, the customer may choose to reject the order at the time of delivery.
  • The cancellation window may vary depending on the product category and will be clearly mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page.
  • After the specified cancellation window, a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the product or service.

2. Seller or Company Cancellation

Kiratt reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Logistical issues or force majeure events

In such cases:

  • A full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days

3. Hyperlocal / Instant Delivery Orders

  • Orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable due to fast processing
  • Cancellation/refund may be allowed only if:
    • Order was not delivered within promised time
    • Order was not picked up by delivery partner
    • Seller failed to accept the order
    • Other exceptional circumstances approved by Kiratt

4. Additional Terms

  • Kiratt reserves the right to modify cancellation policies, time windows, or fees at any time
  • Customers will be notified through the Platform or order details

Return & Refund Policy

Returns are offered by sellers on the Platform and may vary depending on product categories. The return policy mentioned on the product page shall always prevail.

1. General Return Conditions

A return request may be accepted only if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging are intact
  • The product is not damaged or altered
  • The return request is raised within the applicable return window

Kiratt reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Categories & Time Windows

A. Lifestyle Products (Clothing, Footwear, Accessories)

  • Return Window: 10 Days
  • Options: Refund / Replacement / Exchange
  • Condition: Must be unused with original tags

B. Electronics & Appliances

  • Return Window: 7 Days (Replacement only or Service Center support)
  • Conditions:
    • Product must be in original condition
    • Issues may require verification by brand/service center
    • Only one replacement allowed

C. Furniture & Large Appliances

  • Return Window: 10 Days
  • Options: Replacement
  • Conditions:
    • Installation must be done by authorized personnel
    • Technical inspection may be required

D. Grocery & Daily Essentials

  • Fresh Items: 1–2 Days Refund Only
  • Packaged Goods: 3–7 Days Refund Only
  • Condition: Product must be defective, expired, or incorrect

E. Books, Toys, Stationery, Sports Equipment

  • Return Window: 7 Days
  • Option: Replacement only
  • Condition: Must be unused and in original packaging

F. Medicines & Healthcare Products

  • Return Window: 2–3 Days Refund Only
  • Returns accepted only if:
    • Product is damaged
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Product is expired

G. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care & hygiene items
  • Innerwear, socks, intimate products
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or made-to-order items

3. Return Pickup & Verification

  • Correct product (matching serial number, IMEI, etc.)
  • Complete accessories and packaging
  • Product is unused and undamaged

If conditions are not met, the return may be rejected.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection
  • Online payments: 5–7 business days
  • COD: Bank transfer or wallet refund

Kiratt is not responsible for delays caused by banks.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Wrong product delivery
  • Only one replacement allowed

6. Open Box Delivery Rule

If a customer accepts an open box delivery, it confirms the product is correct and undamaged.

No return allowed except for manufacturing defects.

7. Service-Based Orders

  • Depends on service provider policies
  • Depends on service stage
  • Not refundable after service starts

Kiratt acts only as a facilitator.

8. Fraud Prevention & Restrictions

  • Limit excessive returns
  • Reject fraudulent claims
  • Suspend misuse accounts

Kiratt may update this policy from time to time. Users should review periodically.
